My Approach to Therapy

With 15 years of clinical experience, I bring a collaborative and insight-driven approach to therapy. Drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, I tailor each treatment plan to your individual needs. Together, we'll focus on what matters most to you and create lasting change.
I am especially passionate about trauma-informed, healing focused therapy. This means, I believe you already hold the power and wisdom you need to heal and nurture yourself. My role is to help you access, strengthen, and cultivate those inner resources.
